If the problem cannot be resolved at this level, complaints should be directed to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Transport. Complaints are best made in writing and should be addressed to:

Taxi Services

Complaints about taxi services should also be initially directed to the relevant taxi operator. If possible, speak to someone involved in the management of the cooperative. If the problem cannot be resolved at this level, it should be directed to the Ministry of Transport as set out above in the section on bus service complaints. In addition to approaching the Regional Office of the Ministry of Transport you can also contact the Taxi Complaints Line run by the Ministry of Transport on 1800 648 478 or 131 500.
